Dr. Warren Taff

Medical Director

Dr. Taff has extensive experience in both psychiatry and addiction medicine, extending from 1979 to the present. He has held professional titles that include Chief of Staff and Medical Directorship in both hospitals and the private sector.

Rachel Querry, LCSW

Clinical Director and Therapist

Rachel has over nine years of experience in the mental health field, and over seven years of experience in substance use and mental health. Rachel believes in building the therapeutic alliance and utilizing holistic approaches to each client’s treatment.

Dr. Dmitry Foox, PT, DPT is a sober member of the community and determined to make an impact using his skills as a Physical Therapist, his triumphs in battling substance abuse, and his personal experience as a person with chronic pain.

Clinical Consultant & Therapist (Gambling Addiction Program)

Suzanne Koch Eckenrode is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Approved Clinical Consultant, and both an International and California Certified Gambling Counselor Level II, with over 25 years of experience in the problem gambling field.

Dr. Sarah Roche is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and internationally certified addiction specialist with expertise in substance use disorders, gambling, gaming, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

Mike Kelly, NP

With a deep understanding of the complex nature of addiction and mental health disorders, Dr. Kelly takes a holistic approach to treatment that incorporates the latest advancements in medication and therapy.

Yesmeen Mikhail is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in a person centered and highly collaborative approach to therapy. She became a therapist out of her strong belief in storytelling, and how often we become stuck with a story that stops us from being our authentic selves.

Marc Lefkowitz, ICGC-II, has been a certified gambling counselor since 1998 and brings more than two decades of experience in problem and responsible gambling treatment, training, and recovery.
