Dr. Sarah Roche is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and internationally certified addiction specialist with expertise in substance use disorders, gambling, gaming, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. She is trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR, and has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy across inpatient, community, and private practice settings. Dr. Roche also serves as Laboratory Director of Addictive Disorders at the California Institute of Human Science, integrating research and clinical practice to support effective, evidence-based treatment.
