Savannah Walton is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who takes a person-centered, highly collaborative approach to therapy. She earned her master’s degree from the University of San Diego and completed her undergraduate studies in biology. She is a strong advocate for a mind-body perspective and brings a relational lens to her work, emphasizing trauma-informed, attachment-based, and nervous system–informed care. Savannah integrates CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to support clients in building safer, more connected relationships with themselves and others.
She is committed to creating a space where safety, authenticity, and trust are prioritized, and where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and sustainable recovery.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time near the ocean, making playlists, painting flowers, practicing yoga, and picking out books from the library.
